Dojima-Roll

Around 2010, before I knew it, roll cakes started to become popular, and the company that sparked the popularity of roll cakes was Dojima-Roll from Osaka. Well, there are probably many people who think that all rolls are similar and that they are all delicious.

Well, there's no sign of it diminishing in popularity, so let's go to Dojima-Roll World in Osaka for a bit.

Anyway, when I sniffed it as usual, I thought it smelled like cream puffs. When I broke it down with a spoon and ate it, I couldn't believe the texture of the cream I'd never had before. It's fluffy and soft, with a flavor similar to ice cream, and it's going to turn people on.

Also, the sponge dough is made to be as inconspicuous as possible, pushing the cream into the main role. Wow, this is the kind of cake you want to eat at least once in your life.

Well, basically most of it is like whipped cream, so you can't eat that much of it. If you eat one slice, you will be impressed, if you eat two slices, you will be satisfied, if you eat three slices, it will be a bit painful (due to the expiration date), and that's what Dojima-Roll has in mind. Hmm, this is for young people. I think I'll have black coffee with me again.
