Echizen Sea Food Senbei

I got "Echizen Sea Food Senbei" by chance, and it was very good. To put it simply, it is a thin and fluffy rice cracker similar to the popular shrimp Senbei, but with a dough filled with sweet shrimp, crab, hotarui squid, small sea bream, water crab, baby shrimp, laver, seaweed, clams, and sea urchin. This kind of rice crackers is not possible.

That's what I thought at the time, but later I found out that there were many similar rice crackers on the market.

And it was written on the box that it was baked using potato starch (tasteless and odorless) as the dough, and the taste and flavor of the seafood of the ingredients was baked as it was.

When I took out the rice crackers wrapped one by one from a steel can, I was intrigued to see how they had gone so far, and it was fun to watch them. I think it's a great senchochi to make so many kinds of senchochi, even if it's just one kind. Well, I haven't heard of it as a specialty, but it's safe to say it's a specialty. No, it's going to be a specialty.

I felt like it was a waste of money, but I had no choice but to eat it, and it was salty and lightly flavored. In addition, the aroma and taste of each seafood, which I thought would be just the appearance, is brought to life and is delicious. This is going to make quite an impact! I've never seen the firefly squid stuck to the rice cracker as it is.

This is pretty interesting. I'm sure it's a great gift if you get it as a souvenir.
