Deouvre Fromage

Oh! "Deouvre Fromage" was not the name of Letao's (Otaru) product... Deouvre Fromage means "double cheese" in French, not a proper noun... In any case, this cheesecake has been gaining popularity recently. Milk-based sweets are found in the dairy kingdom of Hokkaido", isn't it? I'll try it.

p.s.
Afterwards, as I was looking at this shop, I noticed that they are serving up tropical pudding, pudding fromage, milleting fromage, and other delicious-looking things one after another, really.

The Deouvre Fromage, which had been frozen and brought to us, was finally available after a long thawing in the refrigerator... Then, when we cut it up, we can see that it is divided into two layers, just like Deouvre Fromage means. When I shaved it off with a fork and tried it, I found that it had the flavor and texture of soft ice cream. Hohoho, this is indeed delicious.

The cream, cheesecake, and sponge cake that make up it, all of which are friendly to my mouth. Here's another belly full of magic that will make you and I forget about our diet for a second. Needless to say, it's popular with some men and many girls.

About a quarter is about the size of a shortcake. But I couldn't hold back and ate half of it. What's more, it's light. No, already.
