Gomasuri-Dango

Somehow it's "Gomasuri-Dango" now. Gomasuri-Dango used to be not so famous, but now it's frozen and sold in the sun. Also, the common sense of the world has changed, thanks in part to the cool delivery service.

I realized later that Shoeido was the shop that made the "Tamura no Ume".

They're sold frozen, so of course, you'll have to defrost them before you can eat them. Well, I bought it on my way home from a business trip, and when I got home, I felt it was melting.

When I tried it, the sesame sauce came out from inside the dumpling. When you chew with gusto, the pressure almost makes the sesame sauce pop out of your mouth. They seem to be using authentic rice cakes, so they are properly delicious. Because it's cold again, the sesame sauce inside feels even more delicious because it's cold.

It can be said that this is a sesame seed rice cake created by the rice cake culture of this region (Ichinoseki City). They also have zunda dumplings and mitarashi dumplings. Once it's thawed, put it in the fridge and eat it within two days.
