Fukaya City in the Nakase area of the Tone River basin in the Kanto Plain is famous for making use of the fertile soil to make green onions, and the "Fukaya-Negi" is now known as a famous product. Well, originally, the Kanto Plain has rich soil and is suitable for agriculture, but the plains are advantageous for everything, and now many of them are commercial and industrial areas and residential areas. Well, you should live at the top of the hill, it's very hard to go up and down, especially if you're on a bicycle.

So, this time, I decided to eat Senbei, which is a recommended souvenir in Saitama, using this Fukaya-Negi.


Look at this! In the Senbei bag with the contents exposed, the image of green onion is a nice accent. When I opened the bag, I could smell the leeks, albeit slightly. The soy sauce-colored round rice cracker had chopped leeks on the surface, and when you bite into the crispy rice cracker, the sweet and salty soy sauce flavor drifted into the air. Hmmm, I can't say for sure, but it's surprisingly interesting. Well, to put it simply, it's the flavor of miso-yaki onigiri. Good is good.

I've never wanted to eat Senbei so much, but when I tried it, it was delicious. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever met such a bad Senbei... Japanese people like rice and soy sauce. I've been growing up with them.
