Aichi Prefecture is the center of the Chubu and Tokai regions. The prefectural capital is Nagoya City. The county's fish is kuruma shrimp.
It is roughly divided into the Owari region (western part of the prefecture), the West Mikawa region (central part of the prefecture), and the East Mikawa region (eastern part of the prefecture).
There are many specialties such as fried shrimp, uiro, kishimen, and fried chicken wings, which have a unique culture different from those in Tokyo and Osaka.
Nagoya's shopping streets are formed underground. Therefore, it does not seem to be very popular with tourists, as it does not look like a town on the ground.
